The Police Chief’s Encyclopedia of Decisions is the 2007 version of the

Police Chief’s Library of Ideas, Tactics and Plans and the Police Chief’s Library of Budget Decisions. It contains all of the major decisions of police chiefs since 2004 from all parts of the country.

There more than four thousand decisions on hundreds of different topics contained on the CD. This is the first time there has been a record of so many decisions of police chiefs.

If you are faced with a new decision this is the place to start your decision making process by looking at what others have done in a similar situation.
